Franco is a paid app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. All purchases are final — refunds are subject to Apple's standard App Store refund policy. If Franco introduces additional paid features or subscription options in the future, these will be presented clearly before any charge is made.
Franco is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the app or its content for commercial purposes.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you enter into Franco, including manually entered trades, property details, superannuation balances, and FIRE goals. You are also responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any data imported via broker or exchange CSV files. Franco does not verify imported data against external records. Errors in imported data may lead to incorrect calculations throughout the app.
Franco provides backup and restore functionality so you can protect your data and transfer it between devices. You are responsible for creating and securely storing your own backups. The developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or failure to maintain backups. Restoring from a backup will overwrite or merge with your existing data — review the restore options carefully before proceeding.

Franco relies on third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and CoinGecko for price data, and an address search service for property address suggestions. The availability and accuracy of these services is not guaranteed. Franco is not responsible for interruptions to or errors in third-party data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Franco, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or reliance on calculations or projections shown in the app.
Franco is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, free from errors, or compatible with all future iOS versions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via an app update. Continued use of Franco after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
